Reservation Form
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation with Blackjack Wilderness Co. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled trip date.
Reservations canceled within 60 days of the trip start date are non-refundable. For bookings made within 60 days of the trip date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If a serious illness or immediate family emergency prevents you from attending your scheduled trip, Blackjack Wilderness Co. may allow the trip to be rescheduled one time within one year of the original booking date, subject to availability. After one reschedule, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Blackjack Wilderness Co. reserves the right to apply this policy at its discretion.
